2. Power system insulation monitoring on line: 3kV,6kV,10kV,35kV high voltage power system.
Main Function
The products have the following8 main functions:
1. Measuring insulation resistance
This series of products can be used to measure insulation resistance. Measurement principle: for measuring insulation on line, we use “dc superposition method”, just as Meg Ohm Meter, it is that: being connected to 220V AC power, it will generate 1500V DC, this DC power will be added on the measured system, and formed a circle loop circuit between the object being measured and the earth and could be used to test the insulation for high voltage power system.
2. Measuring Polarization Index
In process of measuring insulation resistance, a certain time insulation value for insulativity is incomplete (or a certain time insulation value can not stand for the insulativity is good or bad );so it needs us to measure the polarization index of the insulation( the ratio of 10min insulation value and 1 min insulation value).In reality, measurement like this no doubt will add a lot of work, especially for lots of motors. Our instrument has the function of measuring of polarization index, this function could greatly reduce the labor intensity for maintenance person, improves the convenience of measuring.
3. Measuring absorptance
As the same as Polarization Index, the insulativity still need another parameter: the absorptance to identify whether the insulativity is good or not. Absorptance is the ratio between insulation value get at 60s and the 15s, because of the time of DC volt load up to measured object is different, and also the environment factor and other factors effects, compare the ratio of this two time can identify the insulativity is good or bad. Our instrument has the function of measuring the absorptance, It will help you to know the absorptance easily.
4. Measuring leakage current
Another important parameter for insulation is the leakage current. Our instrument has specially measuring system, take the high sensitive leakage current detecting ring to measuring the system or motor’s three phase unbalance current. .Normally, these three phases are balanced, when one or two phases became weaken, it will unbalance and combine the insulation value we will know the insulation level of the system or motor.
5. SMS alarm(short message alarm)
Our instrument has the function of SMS alarm, when the insulation monitoring system detect the insulation weakened, comparing the setting value, if the measured value lower or surpass the presetting valve, it will send warning or alarming message to safety person to avoid the accidents happen suddenly.
6. Remote setting of monitoring object
Our instrument has a upper-computer software, which has convenient and simple operation interface, benefit to the measuring personnel to sit in the office to measure the insulation level as they need at any time, improved the working condition and efficiency.
7. Setting measured time interval freely
The best is we know the insulativity of system or motor at any where/time to make sure the system or motor is operation safe; for traditional instruments to test and monitor the insulation value there exists many problems, such as they cannot measure the insulation value online or under high voltage electric, or keep load up the high volt to the measure object and made the system or motor in extra risk.
